The NHL/NHLPA First Shift Hockey Program - Registration is open!
THE WGHA IS EXCITED TO PARTNER ONCE AGAIN WITH THE NHL/NHLPA FIRST SHIFT PROGRAM FOR FEBRUARY 2026!
The WGHA in partnership with the NHL/NHLPA First Shift Programs wants to help you fall in love with hockey. First Shift is for children aged 6-10 (never previously registered in minor hockey - Hockey Canada Registry) who will receive 6 on-ice sessions (1 session per week/1 hour) and full Bauer equipment for only $299.

WGHA On-Ice Transition Program: The WGHA is also thrilled to add an additional six-week on-ice transition program for all registrants for a total of 12 weeks! All learn to play registrants will be automatically enrolled in the additional 6 week on-ice transition program.
