AGM is open to all our membership and will be held in Whitney Hall at Iroquois
Park Sports Centre (IPSC) starting at 7:00pm.
Nominations for open board positions are now available via the following online form:WGHA Executive Nomination Form
The nomination form will be available until June 6, 2025. The following Board Director positions are available this year:
President
VP House League
Clothing and Equipment
Coach and Player Development
The board has decided to move to a smaller number of Director positions to align with best governance practice. The Public Relations and Tournament Director will be now be non board positions with further details to follow.
The agenda for the AGM and current WGHA by-law, adopted by the members last year will be provided prior to the meeting for member review.
