Saturday Skate
First off, I would like to commend all the girls on their effort tonight at the first tryout. I asked that you skate hard, work hard and listen.....and you all did just that, making my job very difficult.
For all the girls not returning tomorrow, thank you for your effort, heart, and compete. I encourage you to keep giving in the future the effort you gave tonight; though this was not your night, your night is soon to come. I would hope that you attend the Wolf Pack ice in the fall, and look for the opportunity to develop in the DS (Development Stream). Many of the girls you skated with tonight did just that over the past 2 seasons, and are now competing for a spot on the Representative stream as a result.
For the girls returning, congratulations on taking that next step.
I ask that you bring your Yellow and Blue jersey (if you have them) with you to the rink tomorrow as we will be playing an intra-squad game.
Please check the door of the dressing room for your name and team color upon arriving at the rink.
Again, thank you to all the girls for their hard work tonight, and I look forward to seeing you all at the rink in the future.
