Sunday, September 8. 4 pm to 5:30 pm Yoga and Wellness. Our first session with Laurie and Leigh-Ann will take place after our practice that is from 2:15 to 3:45. We have booked Whitney Hall at ISPC so the girls do not have far to go. We will have snacks and water for the girls. The girls are asked to bring a yoga mat if they have one and to wear comfortable attire.
