After a hard earned series win against the Toronto Leaside Wildcats, the Wolves will meet up with Durham West in the second round of the OWHL Playoffs.
Round 1 started off with a hard fought 1-1 T on the road, March 6th. Hannah Hatt recorded the lone goal for the Wolves.
Game 2 brought a fast paced game where the Wolves came out on top with a 2-0 victory. Julia Boese recorded both goals and Abby Parkinson was solid in net coming out with her 8th shutout of the year.
Game 3 was another fast paced game with lots of action. Down 1-0 heading into the 3rd the Wolves battled back to win the game 3-2, winning the series and advancing to the second round. Emily Windover, Chloe Fife and Hannah Hatt all scored in the series finale.
Round 2 against the Lightning starts on Sunday, March 12th at 8:45pm at the Ajax Community Centre. The Wolves return home on Friday, March 17th at 8:15pm (IPSC 2). Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday, March 19th at 4:30pm back at the Pickering Rec Centre.
