Due to International Union of Elevator Constructors' strike, the Elevator at the Centennial Building is currently out of order and will remain out of order until the strike is resolved. Unfortunately neither the Town nor the WGHA can predict if this will be prior to May 29th, therefore the WGHA has now SECURED the following:
Location: Abilities Centre - Theatre Room
Capacity: 150 Parking: Please park on IPSC side if possible and leave Abilities Centre parking for Ability Centre users
When: May 29th
Time: Starts promptly @ 7pm
Reminder of who can vote (As per Section 1.09 of the Constitution):
Each player registered with WGHA is entitled to one (1) vote while in attendance at the AGM of the WGHA.
- Players under the age of 18 as of the date of the AGM must have their vote cast by their parent or guardian.
- Each position of the Executive Council shall have 1 vote while in attendance at the AGM of the WGHA.
- All registered WGHA appointed Head Coaches shall be entitled to one (1) vote over and above any parental vote while in attendance at the AGM of the WGHA.
- Should the President, Vice-Presidents, and Past President be all absent, then no motion shall be moved or passed
The WGHA apologies for the confusion the location changes has caused but we want to ensure we have a location that is both fully accessible and large enough for our membership who wish to attend the AGM.
