Congratulations
to the U18 DS team on winning gold at the Brampton Easter Tournament.
This championship was the capstone of an excellent season for team. In their other two tournaments they earned gold and silver, and
they finished the season with a 23-1 record.
In Brampton, stated to be the world's largest and longest running female hockey tournament, the team secured 1st place in the round robin with 4 wins.
They earned their way to the finals with a hard-fought semi-final against Ottawa, winning an exciting 1-0 in overtime. Facing Kingston in the final game, the team capitalized on their great teamwork to take an early lead and won 3-0.
Throughout the season, the team’s hard work, dedication and camaraderie resulted in outstanding results:

- 123 goals for, 18 goals against
- 13 shutouts
