In a thrilling championship final that came down to the smallest of margins, the Whitby Wolves U13A captured the Southern League Championship with a hard-fought 1–0 victory over the London Devilettes. In a game that showcased determination, discipline, and high-level defensive hockey, the Wolves rose to the occasion and delivered a true championship performance when it mattered most.

Two weeks ago, the U9B Whitby Wolves attended the Ford Drills & Skills event at Scotiabank Arena — an unforgettable experience that celebrated both their hockey skills and their commitment to their community. Months earlier, the team applied to the contest by showcasing what makes the Wolves such a special group both on and off the ice. Their application highlighted the team’s dedication at practices, their hard work and determination during games, and their strong sense of community involvement.
