Wolves Win Season Opener!
Goaltender Mya Lucifora backstopped the Jr Wolves to a dominant win over the Ottawa Lady 67s, 6-1, Friday night in Ottawa to open the regular season for Whitby. Molly Farace, Makayla Mailhot, Rylan Haslam, Shayne Desjardins, Taya Leonard and Hannah Thornton all found for the back of the net while Lucifora made 27 saves and recorded an assist in her first win in the OWHA U22 Elite League. Next up for the Wolves is Nepean tomorrow night. Go Wolves Go!
