2024-2025 WGHA Executive Nomination Form
This form is to be used to nominate individuals for board positions that are up for election at the 2024-25 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will take place on Tuesday, June 18th at 7:00 pm in Whitney Hall at Iroquois Park Sports Centre (IPSC)
I confirm that the Nominee has read the WGHA By-Laws Revised April 2019 and the Executive Board Position Descriptions for more information on the roles and responsibilities for the position being nominated for.

All nominators and nominees will be contacted by the WGHA to confirm nomination. Any member of the WGHA can nominate another member for an available position on the Executive Board.
All new board members will be expected to sign a code of conduct once elected and at the beginning of each season as well as adhering to the bylaws and rules of the WGHA.

The election of these positions will be conducted at the WGHA Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2024 at 7:00pm in Whitney Hall at Iroquois Park Sports Complex (IPSC).
