The form is to be completed to apply for a development stream (DS) team head coach position. It is anticipated that DS teams ( which are formed from HL teams and are tryout based) will be available for the U11 to U18 divisions.
Coaches who fill out this form will also need to sign a coaches code of conduct form at the interview.
All those that apply will be notified about an interview which is anticipated to take place late September 2024.
DS head coaches are responsible for obtaining volunteer coaches to run the wolfpack development sessions that run prior to DS tryouts in October to early November.
