2025-26 House League Friend Request Form

Please note that the WGHA does not guarantee friend requests. Our first priority is to provide balanced teams and divisions for the enjoyment of all players. For a friend request to be considered full season payment must also accompany this form by July 15, 2025 and a reciprocal request from the other player who has paid and completed the form by July 15, 2025.

Use this form to request that a player is placed on the same team as another player. Please note that multiple player requests may not be accommodated in order to ensure fair balancing of the league
