2025-26 House League Player Request Form

This form is to be used to request a player to play with during the 2025-26 season. Full payment and season registration by July 15 must be completed in order to make a player request. There must be a reciprocal request from only one other player to make a valid submission. The main priority for the WGHA HL program is to make fair and balanced teams for the enjoyment of all. Player requests are not guaranteed.

Use this form to request that a player is placed on the same team as another player. Please note that multiple player requests may not be accommodated in order to ensure fair balancing of the league
