Organization - Self-Screening - Message from Safety Director
The health and safety of the players and volunteers is the WGHA's number one priority. It is imperative that the self-screening questionnaire, whether through the Digital Health Check app or paper, be filled out accurately for all participants and parents.
Please ensure to correctly mark "yes" or "no" on the appropriate boxes on the screening questionnaire. If a player or volunteer does not receive a pass, please follow the instructions and
do not attend the on or off-ice activity. If you find yourself in this situation, please remember to email the COVID Oversight Team at

We as an association are doing our best to keep hockey going for all of our players and families through these unique times. We must all abide by the protocols put in place by Public Health, the Town of Whitby, and the OWHA.
