Kali Maechtel, Roster, Junior Wolves, 2023-24, HP (Whitby Girls Hockey Association)

Kali lives in Whitby and has played hockey since she was 7 years old. She joined because her sister played and she was always someone Kali looked up to. Once she started she couldn’t put down her stick. The thing she loves most about hockey is how it’s a team sport and you need everyone to pitch in to win a game. It’s all about hard work and resilience. The second reason she loves the sport is it has brought her to some of whom she now calls her best friends. Hockey has giving her lifelong friendships and memories she cherish. Hockey is a sport like no other and Kali would give up anything for it!
