All WGHA volunteers are invited to submit their receipts for any Coach or Trainer certification they completed for the 2024-2025 season. The WGHA Board Secretary will review all submissions and submit a recommendation for rebates to the Board at the February 2025 Board Meeting. Upon approval, rebates will be mailed to the volunteers. Our House League Development sessions, led by our partners at Scary Skate, are exclusively for current WGHA House League players looking to improve their on-ice performance.

The U18 Team Smurfs showcased grit and sportsmanship, bringing home silver from the Durham West Girls' Hockey Annual House League Tournament. With a dominant 9-0 victory over Kingston and a 3-1 round-robin record, they earned a spot in the finals. Despite losing their goalie to injury, the team chose to play 6-on-5 rather than forfeit. Although gold proved elusive, the Smurfs' determination and teamwork shone through in a thrilling final. Congratulations to these inspiring young athletes for embodying the Whitby Wolves' "never give up" spirit!

Good day, Parents and Players! The Whitby Wolves are excited to announce our first pop-up ice time slot of the season! If you’re looking for extra ice time, our coaches will be hosting a fun practice session for the U18/U22 division tomorrow from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Pad 1 at Iroquois. Coach Fowler, Trainer Cannon, and some surprise guests will be leading the session. We’d love to see you there! Please remember that the clocks go back tonight. See you tomorrow!

The start of our season is fast approaching! Next week, we’ll be meeting with our coaches to make sure everyone is ready to go. Coaches will receive their rosters and will reach out to their players by the end of the week (September 15th). Keep an eye out for your welcome message!
