The Whitby Wolves House League U18 team, the Mighty Pucks, delivered an outstanding performance this weekend, earning a silver medal at the Oshawa Winter Classic Tournament. From the opening puck drop, the Mighty Pucks demonstrated determination, teamwork, and resilience against strong competition. The team battled through every shift with relentless forechecking, responsible defensive play, and unwavering support for one another on and off the ice.

This past weekend, the U9A Wolves proudly brought home the gold medal at the Oshawa Lady Generals Winter Classic, capping off an unforgettable tournament with a championship performance built on teamwork, resilience, and heart. Competing against strong teams from across the region, the Wolves demonstrated outstanding determination from the opening puck drop to the final buzzer. Each game showcased their continued growth as a team — strong defensive play, relentless backchecking, smart puck movement, and timely scoring all contributed to their success.

The Whitby Wolves are currently accepting applications for the U9B Representative Head Coach position for the 2026–2027 season. The Whitby Girls Hockey Association Board has recently approved moving forward with U18B tryouts for the 2026–27 season. The intent of this decision is to explore an additional development pathway for U18-aged athletes while protecting the strength and sustainability of our house league program.
