Peewee AA, 2017-18, REP (Whitby Girls Hockey Association)

Whitby Wolves Peewee AA brings home the silver at the LLFHL Championships. Our Wolves started off the tournament beating the #1 ranked team in the league.  In an exciting game Whitby won the game 1-0.  Game 2 started strong against Stoney Creek, scoring 3 goals in the first period and recording a shutout for the game.  Going into day 2 in first place we faced off against North York - and despite playing a good game we came up short.  The Wolves were than set up for a rematch against North York in the Championship game.  The girls made everyone proud and battle hard but had to settle for the ...

The Whitby Wolves Peewee AA team brought home the gold medal at the 39th Annual March Madness Leaside tournament.  After a tough semi-final which took us into overtime against the Waterloo Ravens the wolves managed to pull out the win, moving them on to the championship game against the home team Leaside.  The girls came out strong winning by a score of 4-1.

Congratulations to the Whitby Wolves Peewee AA team who won Silver at the Oakville Harvest Classic.  The team went undefeated all tournament up until a tough Championship game against London.  Great start to the season ladies!
